The Jeddah Historical Program has announced the inauguration of the “Bald Al-Fann” (Art Town) events, scheduled to take place from December 7th to March 9th under the theme “Moving Forward.” The initiative aims to revive the historical significance of Jeddah’s old town, organized by the Athar Foundation in collaboration with the Royal Institute for Traditional Arts, Zaawia 97, Sawt Al-Bald, and various local institutions, companies, and businesses, fostering cooperation to enhance the local economy and transform the area into a cultural and economic tourist destination.

“Bald Al-Fann,” through the universal language of art, seeks to enhance the cultural scene of the Kingdom, providing unique sensory experiences and raising awareness to encourage visitors to explore historical Jeddah. The program includes four art exhibitions, musical performances, diverse theatrical shows, local culinary delights, and educational visits to enrich students with artistic content.

This initiative aligns with the program’s commitment to contribute to the realization of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by becoming an attractive center for artistic projects and cultural endeavors, catering to entrepreneurs and contributing to the cultural landscape of the Kingdom.
