The grand finale unfolds at the Al Maidah Dining Room, an immersive, first-of-its-kind Saudi Arabian-themed dining experience.

Under the guidance of Chef Jozef Youssef, a team of Saudi chefs curates a multisensory menu, paying homage to the Kingdom’s rich culinary heritage, ingredients, culture, and future foods.

Seated around one table, guests share a fixed six-course menu that includes seafood, meat, eggs, wheat, and nuts. It’s a communal dining experience that brings people together to appreciate and savor the diverse flavors presented in each course.
