Abdul Latif bin Youssef Al-Mubarak is a Saudi poet born in 1985 in the industrial city of Al-Jubail, Eastern Province. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and serves as the Head of the Creative Content Team at the King Abdulaziz World Cultural Center (Ithra).

Al-Mubarak has received multiple literary awards, including the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal International Poetry Award, the Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain Foundation Award for Best Poetry Collection in 2017, and the Diwan Al-Arab Award for Best Poem in 2017. He has participated in numerous literary programs and events. His published works include the poetry collections “Neither the Earth My Mother, Nor the Tribe My Father” by Athr Publishing House, “Rawi” by Madarak Publishing House, and “The New Ignorant’s Sermon” by Tashekeel Publishing House.
