Arbab Al-Heraf’s Sard Cultural Center: Nurturing Riyadh’s Musical Talent and Bridging Cultural Gaps

The Sard Cultural Center, a recent addition under Arbab Al-Heraf, gains support from the Cultural Development Fund. Al-Hodaif, as CEO, emphasizes that Arbab Al-Heraf serves as a beacon for Saudi creatives. It offers a stage for talents from various cultural domains to exhibit their skills, enriching the Kingdom’s cultural scene.

The new center aims to nurture musical talent and build an innovative artistic community in Riyadh. This effort seeks to bridge the gap between cultural enthusiasts and the market.

In partnership with the Quality of Life Program, the Cultural Projects Incentive Program allocates SR181 million to cultural projects. The Saudi Cultural Fund has already financed 36 cultural projects across different activities and sectors.

The Sard Cultural Center is a promising project that supports musical talents by providing an environment conducive to music education. It plans to train over 2,000 musicians annually and welcomes 5,000 visitors each month.

Al-Hodaif’s entrepreneurial journey started with a small store in Jeddah and has led to the creation of cultural hubs, like Bait Ziryab and Al-Hodaif Museum, in Jeddah’s Al-Balad district. These centers engage in diverse cultural activities, fostering community and creativity.

Arbab Al-Heraf’s Expansion and Impact: Fostering Saudi Arabia’s Cultural Sector Growth

Arbab Al-Heraf, established in Jeddah in 2016, expanded into Al-Basateen in 2018. In 2021, a center opened in northern Jeddah. The Yamam Cultural Platform in Riyadh launched in 2022, collaborating with the King Abdulaziz Public Library.

Al-Hodaif sees immense potential in the Saudi cultural sector for entrepreneurs and investors. He views the experience at Sard as a model for fruitful collaboration between these groups, aiming to meet the cultural sector’s job market needs.
